Division 04 · Product Launch

Launch faster.
Launch smarter.

End-to-end product launch support for entrepreneurs and consumer brands. From custom formulation and R&D through packaging, sourcing, manufacturing, and distribution — we run the full playbook.

How We Work

The launch playbook

01

Concept Validation

Before spending a dollar on development, we validate the concept: target consumer interview analysis, competitive landscape mapping, margin modeling at target retail price, and regulatory category assessment. If the unit economics don't work or the market is over-saturated, we tell you — and we tell you what would need to be true to make it work. No false starts.

02

R&D & Formulation

We develop the product brief: what it does, how it performs, what it costs at target margin, and what regulatory requirements apply. We then identify formulation approaches, source prototype ingredients or components, and iterate through lab samples until the product hits the brief. For physical products, this includes prototype tooling and materials selection. Typical timeline: 4–12 weeks.

03

Packaging Design & Sourcing

Packaging is the first physical impression — it's not decoration. We design packaging that communicates the brand position, survives shipping, meets retailer specs, and costs within the unit economics model. We source the packaging components (bottles, pouches, boxes, inserts) with multiple-supplier redundancy so a single supplier hiccup doesn't delay your launch.

04

Manufacturing Setup

We source, qualify, and onboard the manufacturer. That means factory audits (virtual or on-site), GMP certification verification, minimum order quantity negotiation, first-article inspection, and quality control protocols. We manage the purchase order and the relationship — you get finished goods delivered to your 3PL without managing a foreign language factory relationship.

05

Fulfillment Infrastructure

We set up the logistics layer: 3PL selection and onboarding, EDI setup for retail orders, Amazon FBA inbound shipment prep and labeling, DTC Shopify fulfillment integration, and returns processing. The goal is a system that scales from 100 units a month to 100,000 without you rebuilding the infrastructure.

06

Go-to-Market

Channel strategy, launch execution, and first-1,000-customer plan. For Amazon: listing optimization, A+ content, Sponsored Products setup, review velocity program. For DTC: Shopify storefront, email flows (welcome, abandon, post-purchase), and paid social setup. For retail: buyer pitch deck, category review timing, and distributor introductions where we have existing relationships.
